She pushes the "ballot harvesting" meme because WHY would someone in a nursing home or who is disabled need someone to drop off their ballot for them?

Caring that everyone who wants to vote GETS to vote IS legal in many states.

Sounds like Chavez-DeRemer lives in State of Denial more than she's present in Oregon.
