For the espionage charges, the Special Master disputes have to be resolved before DOJ can include the documents in their evidence for prosecution- thats not likely to happen until January at the earliest.
For the January 6 charges, DOJ will almost certainly indict the coup architects and fraudulent electors first. Pence has a new book out, and Im sure DOJ wants to get him in front of a GJ under oath, now that he has voided any EP claims with the disclosures in his book.
