We are expected to believe that ...

1) The Jan. 6 riot was Nancy Pelosi's fault for failing provide adequate defense of the Capitol.
2) Nancy Pelosi is responsible for Ashlii Babbit's death at the hands of a Capitol defender.

Which is it? The defense was inadequate, or the defense was overzealous?

Of course they could argue that an adequate defense would have kept the rioters from even entering the building, but if that had been the case they would now be hollering about a police state suppressing protest.
