Yikes! I'd never heard the "I'm not driving, I'm traveling" excuse before, and wow. That ridiculous "argument" didn't end well for him. A K-9 very good boi managed to get the guy out of the car without causing too much injury.

I wonder what happened to these people in their lives to make them fall for such dreck.
