6. I differentiate it as smartness (cleverness) and wisdom

tRump is clever about media and other people's money, but totally unwise by being unempathic. Blinded by narcissism.

Musk is clever about finance and other people's ingenuity, but very unwise by his arrogance you point to. Blinded by self-admiration.

Walker is talented physically, but not smart about anything, and clueless but may have a little more empathy than the other two. Certainly not enough intelligence to even aspire to some wisdom, let alone attain some.

Wisdom requires intelligence, but no less importantly empathy and a small well-managed ego.
