Certain sports for certain people.
I wouldn't watch a college football game on a bet. So, I get it.
But, those are still famous athletes, which is why they're on those ads in the first place.
And your dislike of football doesn't address how being in an ad leads to reduced performance. Which seemed to the your original premise.
That's why I mentioned Curry. Mid 30s, scoring 30+ points per game on >50% shooting, over 43% from 3. And, his defense is better than when he was 25!
He's in a half-dozen of those ads, and he's playing terrifically.
