She was clearly blitzed, most certainly acting like an asshole, and also strangely ranting about people putting penis's in her mouth. I've been blitzed a lot in my life and have never felt compelled to say shit like that. The few times I've witnessed similar melt downs where the person is screaming about sexual conduct when it is irrelevant to the situation at hand, they have had previous sexual abuse in their life and are just tripping out on the chaos in their own head caused by the trauma of that.
