i think he blew a major marketing win here.
Say pack of 20 for 20 bucks....viable stocking stuffer for your trumper.
print up a variety so the trumpers would buy multiple sets to get a complete set.
like baseball cards...create a market for the rare ones.

instead of candy at parades hand out trump cards.
at your county fair both hand out trump cards

Issue special event limited edition cards.....

Really a cool idea. Lucky for us his greed is stronger than his marketing
