been saying it's coming for about a year now. My prediction, within 24 months or less the bottom is going to fall out. An investment firm bought my condo complex last spring. This place has been full since I moved here in 2019. As leases expired, they jacked the rent through the roof. Now the place is half empty. And I am seeing price decreases all over the place on homes for sale.
