Zelensky is a constant reminder to them how Trump humiliated our country on the world stage in fealty to Vladimir Putin. How Trump took Putin's side over our own military intelligence publicly. And it's a reminder of how Trump was impeached for blackmailing Zelensky to interfere with our elections. They can't for the life of them reconcile their imaginary vision of Trump with how truly vile Putin is and how truly heroic Zelensky is.

If Donald Trump were President right now, he'd be letting Putin address Congress in a triumph for the extermination of the Ukrainian people and the return of to glory of the Soviet Union. Putin, not Zelensky would be in Washington if Trump had won.
