12. Up to -22 now? Sounds like a heat wave for you

after yesterday.

The coldest temperatures that I have ever experienced were -20 and -15. And that is not common around here. Occasionally we get a wind chill temp around -15 to -20, but rarely an actual temperature that low.

Although I stay in the north and prefer the snow over hurricanes in the south, I could never live in the Dakotas, Montana, or Minnesota. It's just not in me to deal with the winters there.
