It is still the wealthy 0.01% who are funding and issuing orders, buying politicians and judges, and dictating policy to gain control of the major democracies on the planet. Democracy, power of the people, is not what they want because it keeps them from ruling the world. The magat terrorists are their, though still in development, enforcement squad.
