84. Don't confuse low cunning

That....thing is stupid to a depraved degree.

Sharks aren't smart, either, but they have just enough cunning to be good at one thing--finding food. Then they use their brute strength to kill to get it.

But smart, they aren't.

Same thing with that...thing. He's not smart, but he has just enough cunning to get him through the moment in front of him, most of the time. He'll find his food (whatever it is he wants), and then use his brute strength (being wealthy) to get it.
