really stupid question about covid [View all]

friend of mine is recovering from covid
both his wife and himself came down with it
went to a restaurant and 3 days later they
did a home test and came up positive as well
as 2 others at the restaurant..
anyway he did the home test and was positive
they went to ER .. and the hospital didn't test them
didn't isolate them nothing .. gave them some meds
and sent them home ... is this now the new normal?
I had covid feb 2020 ... and my goodness they sure
didn't do that ... it was like I had the plague or something
anyway I was wondering if this is how hospitals are
treating people with covid.
