As much of a vile-soaked piece of vermin we know Matt Gaetz is, and as much as you and I and most of the DU wouldn't piss on his head if his hair was on fire, he and Rep. Omar are co-workers in a 435-seat body.

I'd love for her to tell him to go fuck himself at every opportunity, but the reality is sometimes there are mundane matters of process to discuss with the other side. There are even odd friendships that are struck between polar opposites at times or at least a cordiality. Tip O' Neill said "before 6 p.m. it's all politics", but after that he and Reagan were friendly.
