One of the things I hate most about Donald Trump (out of a very long list of things I hate about him ) is the way he has given the vilest, rudest, cruelest people in the GOP permission to be just as rude, crude, and cruel as they want, with no holds barred whatsoever.

Remember when his own wife, the first lady of the US wore the coat...

the jacket was photographed being worn by first lady Melania Trump as she boarded a plane at Joint Base Andrews on her way to McAllen, Texas, to visit a detention center holding immigrant children separated from their parents. By the time she had landed, she had taken off the jacket. Then, she put it back on when she returned to Andrews ... and she wore it as she walked back into the White House.

Trump built this and the GOP are running with it. It was always festering below the surface. It has grown. Cruelty is now the way of life for the GOP. There are no holds barred anymore.
