IIRC one of the things he agreed to is to reduce the number of people it takes to overthrow the Speaker. You have a faction in that…well, it used to be a caucus but now I think it’s just a mob…who want to do nothing but impeach the whole Biden administration, drag Hunter Biden through the mud, and get rid of everything they don’t like.

“We’ll get rid of them! We’ll have seven Sundays so everyone has to go to church every day!”

If Kevin points out that maybe they should pause impeaching Biden for a week so they can write a defense budget or something like that, they’ll overthrow him quick. So…the Speaker will be walking on felt soled shoes hoping to keep his ass in office long enough to get to the next election. In essence, he will be a Speaker In Name Only. Sad.
