the greatest crime is a sitting president plotting a multi pronged coup/inciting a violent insurrection to stay in power..and then there's Trump's election interference/witness intimidation/targeting election workers, MAGA congressional enablers, complicit White House staff, fake state electors, unhinged conspiracy lawyers, and paramilitary militias...

I'm confident Jack Smith will continue to poke the Trump document theft and obstruction but he knows Trump's near successful attempt to overturn the government of the United States (effectively shredding the Constitution) by perpetuating the myth of a stolen election is unprecedented in our lifetime, and until Trump (and his MAGA acolytes) is held accountable we are forever "stuck" in January 6...
