total news blackouts, one lasted several months. The first was before tfg went to Helsinki and during Kavanaugh hearing. Like you, spent time in nature hiking, restoring my equilibrium as much as possible, and it was an enormously healthy break.

Friends knew not to mention anything in the news unless tfg stroked out or something.

Enjoy your hiking and Spring garden. I grew up in Western NC and will be coming back in the Fall to hike the Mt LeConte of my youth . Some of the greatest hiking anywhere!
