The only ones charged and arrested thus far, to the best of my knowledge, are the ones who actually beat the shit out of Mr. Nichols. The bodycam footage from the white officer was at the initial contact, from what I saw. After Mr. Nichols ran, the white officer ran like half a block and then stopped. If he was present at the second scene, it wasn't until after the beating had ended.
