What I have noticed from a lot of these videos is cops are all shouting different commands, which one are you supposed to do, put your hands up,get on the ground put your hands behind your back you hear it all at once.And the use of his pepper spray reminds me of that cop in Virginia who sprayed the young lieutenant coming from his army duty. It’s just used as punishment. Sadistic cops is the problem. We need to overhaul the training and pick out these people. That’s just how I see it
