The friend I know that runs GOP campaigns was talking for the last 2 weeks about how good the internal polling was. They made a lot of $$ bets that Romney was going to win. They were deeply shocked that the election tracked Nate Silver's model exactly. The problem with bullshitters is eventually they believe their own bullshit. A person like Ann Coulter starts out as an act to make $ but eventually you become your character. In a world of bullshit, no one knows what is real, but they all think they know. Eventually they don't know.
