4. When he registered as a candidate in NY-3 he gave a Florida address

I guess he had only moved to New York just a few months before, and his last permanent address was in Florida. Also his campaign manager had a Florida address that was on the paperwork. How is this even acceptable or legal for a candidate in New York's 3rd Congressional District?
