This has overtones of the Sherita Dixon-Cole incident. The "facts" thus far are the GoFundMe set up by Mr. Jenkins' mother citing an unnamed witness and some rando posting on social media, both making some very sensational claims. Let's see what a proper investigation turns up.

If the claims are true, the deputies involved need to be fired and charged.
