Frivolous lawsuits seem to be a pastime for the GOP. It's either to just bring attention to something of no value or delay judgements or other legal jeopardy in hopes the issue will just away.

Texas is an exception - our AG Ken Paxton is just a genuine POS who has made a lucrative living doing this forever. And yet the citizens of Texas keep re-electing him. Hell, it Texas, what do you what do you expect?
