10. A Latino version of Fox News would be a very effective tool

Look at the people who watch Fox News. This election they've even convinced people that facts are lies, polls are not factual, math can't be trusted. They have managed to make their viewers believe or disbelieve things I never even thought those people even would.

Rupert Murdoch has shown how much he wants to expand his propaganda machine in other countries and continues to try. Starting a Latino version of it here in the US isn't out of the realm of possibility.
