5. How connected is Rudy Giuliani to McGonigal?

He bragged about his connections to active and retired FBI people. Did Rudy know Deripaska?

If Rudy is connected, then it is a good bet that his best friend and client, Donald, is also connected to McGonigal.

He may have been their conduit to assisting the Russians in their campaigns against Hillary and Biden?

I would bet that McGonigal could spill a lot of beans.
