He doesn't understand the difference between right and wrong, and he doesn't feel any shame whatsoever. That makes him dangerous, and that's the part that continues to be missed by everyone covering this story. I would feel extremely uncomfortable working side by side with an untreated psycho. Any information he gets his hands on will be potentially compromised.
