Nothing in there even vaguely supports the claim from your earlier post.
Is there more to the story than I fit into a single line? Of course
but unlike yours
nothing in the more was inconsistent with what I posted.
Cho (Hollywood reporter?) does get one critical fact wrong. Disney does not retain any special powers. The district that was created to accomplish that retains almost all of those powers
but the power to control that district just shifted from the corporation to the state.
