The news so far about the grand jury report from Georgia is disappointing.

36. The report is so redacted it's not much better than nothing at all.

The report tells us:

1. No substantial fraud disrupted the election in Georgia. (We knew that already, and that's not what they were there to decide. I guess it's nice they acknowledge that, however.)

2. Some people probably perjured themselves to the grand jury -- a new possible crime committed during the grand jury process itself. That tells us absolutely nothing about the crimes the grand jury was investigating, other than (duh) some people had stuff they wanted to hide in relation to election subversion.

3. The grand jury is fine and dandy with Fani Willis going on to do an unspecified whatever she wants to do. I guess that's mildly hopeful.

4. We're tired now. Can we please go home?
