2. I figure Kennedy's fairly likely to retire. Scalia will be the next Strom Thurmond.

Scalia's probably going to die in the saddle, clinging to his seat in the SCOTUS, and he'll live to be over a hundred, sustaining himself on pure hatred and puppy blood. When he dies, his body will instantly crumble to dust, with an ethereal shriek serving as a warning to Hell of his arrival.
