21. The difference is Republicans never ever do the homework and check the facts.

You can look it up in many, many sources, and Democrats will, and will make nicely researched charts like the one in the opening post, but Republicans will accept what their guy said on Fox, or on Twitter at face value, and never check any numbers, never provide concrete examples. If you ask them a specific question, like "In the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, which party's Presidents have had more recessions, Democrats or Republicans?" they will shamelessly make up an answer, assuming reality matches what they want it to be. (Answer: Republican Presidents have about twice the number of recessions as Democratic Presidents, and all of the very worst ones.)
