the 19 year old shot a kid......... hung out at the shooting scene until the media (who must have shown up AFTER the police got there... so police were already on site?) showed up, then walked out and shot members of the media?

WHY?????????????????????

if i had shot someone i would be RUNNING LIKE HELL as far away as possible........... that makes ZERO sense.
