But regardless, I am net positive, on balance, because of public info, namely the seriousness and care of each of Garland's public steps.
Other than that I DO NOT KNOW.
Further, you fall into the all-or-nothing thinking trap that one is either all negative or all positive because 1) you term it an impossible standard, which it is, and 2) that the only way to be positive or negative is to have inside knowledge.
