Georgia allows it, she complied with the Judge's guidelines. TrumpCo will try to make hay with it but they will fail.

As Kirschner said, she was appointed jury forewoman of a special grand jury. Her quirks are truly irrelevant.

Do I wish she hadn't talked? Sure. Will it matter? No.
