the remote for dvd player did not come with me so can only hit controls on box and there is not back or forward. Has been challenging. Least I have tons of dvds, lol.
I really did not know how I was going to educate myself on this. The son that lives by me has never owned a tv and watches almost no tv so he is useless.

I would suggest getting a trying out an HD attenna again. They've come a long way with those.

Correct, all the apps are on the screen, but unless you sign up for them, they won't work.
