The PB logotype on the guys shirt is close enough to the Proud Boys logotype that the similarity was surely intended. In the marketing game its called borrowed identity or borrowed branding. Examples of this technique are all over Amazon where copycat products borrow branding from the original by getting as close as possible to the original In product design, naming, and graphic design. In this case, S&W are making an unmistakable nod to the Proud Boys.
