She all but runs the Republican party now or at least the congressional part. No one dares oppose her, Kevin McCarthy bows down to her, rational Republicans don't dare push back on her nonsense for fear of alienating their constituents. She is a female version of Trump. She may have evolved to this status if Trump had not endorsed her and supported her, but I'm not so sure she would have garnered the same publicity.
