9. Fifty years ago, he came to speak at my college.

A bunch of nut cases tried to interrupt his address with a bunch of shouted radical mumbo jumbo, while some other woman got up and started screaming that Ellsberg was a CIA plant.

Shouting down calm, eloquent people who just want to have their say, and be heard by those who came to hear him--it has been going on long before Fox institutionalized the practice.

Daniel Ellsberg is already immortalized in the annals of American History, I hope he leaves us with that satisfaction firmly in his mind.
