The regulations and safety requirements will be gutted, there will be little interest in standards, and it will be a nightmare.

Trump and his people are completely stupid and they are just throwing feces at the wall to see if it will stick.

Instead of building cities from "the ground up" they should invest in making the cities we already have, better places to live by providing the residents with money, jobs, and chances at community development.

Trump's ideas are about "purification". How much do you want to bet that the selection criteria for these "cities of the future" will be restricted to "real Americans"?
