Europe. Europe remembers WWII, and that is why they are doing what they can to prevent Russia from gaining a foothold from which it can start absorbing other neighbors like Poland, Hungary, and Romania.

I'm in Holland once every ten days or so. Utrecht is just a 2 hour drive from here.
