Two lines, one for freight the other high speed passenger.
There are 5 crossings, so lots of horns here too.
But, we live 10 or so blocks from the nearest crossing so it's not bad for us. If I'm outside I can hear the trains, but not loud. Inside, we don't even hear them.
The passenger trains are limited to 70mph as they pass through town, so they're not "high speed" yet. They go up toward a hundred about 25 miles south of here.

My home is less than 300 ft. from busy CSX double tracks sometimes with long 50mph trains.
