3. I read something today saying that goes on for a few years -- filings and all.

I seem to remember something about people helping Hillary pay off some campaign debt.

I also read that Romney was broke after campaigning (well, his campaign was) and had to wait until he won the nomination to get all that PAC money rolling in. Lots of good that did.
