Unfortunately, I now have trauma-induced arthritis in that shoulder and will probably have to have it completely replaced, according to my orthopedist.

I no longer have full range of motion, which is irritating at best, and confining at worst. However, I continue to work out, and my doctor even said it was fine to use my treasured rowing machine.
