50. We're wanting to sell and downsize to a house with only one floor.

They just don't make them anymore (unless you want a strata development in a gated community). Everything on the market is a house about our size or 3 and 4 story townhouses. We want a house where we don't have to navigate stairs either to get into the house or get from the bedroom to the laundry.
