He may be indicted but will be allowed to report to court on his own and will be allowed to remain free.
He will never see the inside of a prison and will be allowed to inflame and incite violence and death until his natural death.

Why? I guess everyone is scared of consequences if he is treated like the criminal he is.
Just what those consequences are has never been defined but they are terrified of them.

It’s wrong because the consequences of not treating him like a criminal are worse. Much worse. But no one is scared of that.
