I appreciate your thread because I too cannot understand this being a close race.. who on God's earth actually voted for that heinous excuse for a man, Romney

but having grown up in Georgia, home of the bible belt, I gained a new appreciation for the ways Religion brainwashes people.. I'm pretty sure if you overlaid the 'religious filter' on Romney voters, you'll find that more than 90% of his voters are what we would call 'extremely religious'

I learned you can't reason with crazy. Because that brainwashing is truly making those poor people crazy.

If we do anything in this country we should stop all government subsidies to Churches, and start to intervene on a culture tha tallows churches, especially in Rural areas, to brainwash our neighbors to their own personal harm.

I think there is so much more to the story of the crying romney supporters but facts are not something they consider.
