2. If we repeal the 10th, then the Supreme Court literally last word

No abortions that are happening in blue states could be happening and a lot of other things states get to do regardless of the federal government.

It’s pretty impossible to get rid of either amendment at this point

The best way is to start over with a new constitution. Not sure the mechanism for that.
