37. I will gloat all I like...

...they spent the better part of the last four years trying to sabotage our economy through endless obstruction in order to defeat the President. They failed. They're ideology is failing. Soon they will be a failed political party. What these people have tried to do to deprive others of their democratic rights, of their very right to love one another as they see fit, of food, of healthcare, of hope is despicable and I will not show compassion or sympathy for such foolishness. If they do not want to be offended by such gloating, they can switch sides.

I will land on determination to taste sweet victory in 2014 and 2016 and 2018 and 2020...we will not get that by feeling sympathy for such irrationality.

I think maybe you really have to feel the stakes deep in your bones to know that this is not an intellectual exercise. This is life, and death. Just ask our military forces in Afghanistan...
