51. 20% flat tax to corporations with the following caveats

If you keep your profits at 20-25% and executive salaries within $500,000 of your highest paid employee. If you do not outsource. If you keep all earnings, investments, and corporate earnings in <non-sheltered> the USA. If you allow a percentage of random regular employees sit on executive boards with full voting rights. If you meet all this you get the lowest end of the flat tax. No exceptions no loopholes.<possibly a probationary period hence the 20-25% range> Now if you choose not to abide by this you are awarded:

All earnings taxed at 70%.

I have some details to work out but what do you think?
